Which useful habits we build and develop within the Program?

Turn habits into culture! Agile Culture!

This is a program where every month we examine and acquire a useful habit within 5 to 30 minutes a day in a convenient time and place for each participant. Everybody is welcome to join the entire Program or only in the modules that interest you. Because we spent most of the time at work we think some habits from work can be used in our personal life and the opposite. This Program has unique view how to build habits and use them in our Agile work and personal life.
The habits we will build and develop next months are:

1. February
Master your Mindset. Introduction to Scrum and Agile – expand your knowledge, develop your intuition and be prepared to not know everything.You’ll learn why one small shift in mindset can change your entire life, how to become the type of person that achieves their goals, how to stop being your own biggest roadblock, and why simplifying and doubling down on just one habit can ripple through and improve multiple areas of your life. How one small habit can change your entire life. How to actually stick to your goals. How to stop being your own biggest roadblock and get out of your own way.

2. March
Collaboration and Harmonious Relationships with People Around Us – the habits of highly effective agile teamsThe purpose of this module is to build a higher understanding of the people around us as they are our mirror and listening to them with understanding, we not only strengthen our relationships with them but also increase our understanding of ourselves. The ability to communicate with understanding is one of the most useful habits for achieving higher satisfaction and success in our lives.  Full understanding of roles and responsibilities in Scrum will be provided as well. Be a problem solver, not a complainer!

3. April
The art of writing agile requirements. Your Best Agile User Story – writing agile requirements and defining acceptance criteria for them. The “Definition of Done” and Why It’s Important

4. May
Minimalism. Get rid of unnecessary items. Creating and Managing the Product Backlog.We will build the habit of getting rid of unnecessary items in our backlog so we can have enough space for new ideas to be born.We will build the habit of getting rid of unnecessary things in our personal life as well, to create and maintain a clear space for the great things in our lives – to be born and develop. Ideas. Goals. Dreams. Love. Still, these are light and airy things, do not expect them to appear and develop in a place that you have overwhelmed with unnecessary things

5. June
What a Product Backlog is NotBest practices for Estimating and Prioritizing Product Backlog Items

6. July
Time, energy and productivity management. Building a plan – finishing the unfinished and build a plan for execution and future vision. Sprint Planning and Execution.

7. August
Agile mindset on vacation – active holidays and activity holidays.

8. September
Physical activity in our daily lives. Agile Gamification.In nature the fireflies glow only when they move. It is exactly the same with humans. By building this habit, we will increase the levels of oxygen, the natural drug, into your blood. Physical activity improves all systems in our body, while developing the creativity and scale of our thinking.

9. October
Take Criticism Well No one likes getting criticism. But it can be a chance to show off a rare skill: taking negative feedback well.It is a skill that requires practice, humility and a sizable dose of self-awareness. But the ability to learn from criticism fuels creativity at work, studies show, and helps the free flow of valuable communication.

10. November
Don’t Forget That Work Is WorkThe keys to going home gracefully. It’s a myth that you will one day be able to go home from a clear desk. It’s never going to happen. The plain truth is that there will always be work undone at the end of the day.

11. December
Review and Retrospectives – those are techniques to dramatically increase productivity, concentration and vigor in our daily lives. These are techniques that provide us with more speed, freedom and scale of thinking, and our reactions and we will touch the power of these techniques.
