Which useful habits we build and develop within The Agile Habits Academy? Turn habits into culture! Agile Culture! Agile Generation!
This is a program where every month we examine and acquire a useful habit within 5 to 30 minutes a day in a convenient time and place for each participant. Everybody is welcome to join the entire Program or only in the modules that interest you. Because we spent most of the time at work we think some habits from work can be used in our personal life and the opposite. This Program has a unique view of how to build habits and use them in our Agile work and personal life.
You’ll learn why one small shift in mindset can change your entire life, how to become the type of person that achieves their goals, how to stop being your own biggest roadblock, and why simplifying and doubling down on just one habit can ripple through and improve multiple areas of your life. How to actually stick to your goals. How to stop being your own biggest roadblock and get out of your own way.
The purpose of this module is to build a higher understanding of the people around us as they are our mirror and listening to them with understanding, we not only strengthen our relationships with them but also increase our understanding of ourselves. The ability to communicate with understanding is one of the most useful habits for achieving higher satisfaction and success in our lives.
Full understanding of roles and responsibilities in Scrum will be provided as well. Be a problem solver, not a complainer!

It is a skill that requires practice, humility and a sizable dose of self-awareness. But the ability to learn from criticism fuels creativity at work, studies show, and helps the free flow of valuable communication.
