This is a program where 2 weeks of every month we examine and acquire a useful habit within 5 to 30 minutes a day in a convenient time and place for each participant. Everybody is welcome to join the modules that interest you. Because we spent most of the time at work we think some habits from work can be used in our personal life and the opposite. This Program has a unique view of how to build habits and use them in our Agile work and personal life.
